These terms govern your use of Glauria, a self-hosted client for LinkedIn prospecting. By creating an account or installing the client, you agree to the terms below.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Glauria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Service description
Glauria is a locally-run application that helps you detect buying signals on LinkedIn, draft outreach in your voice, and manage replies. It runs on your own machine, using your own LinkedIn session, at a pace designed to resemble normal manual usage.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including the LinkedIn account connected to it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Glauria in compliance with LinkedIn's own terms of service and applicable law, including data protection law that applies to the people you contact. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages sent through your account and for the LinkedIn account you connect to Glauria. Glauria reduces the risk of automated-looking behavior but does not guarantee that any specific account will stay unrestricted by LinkedIn.
Early access and future billing
Glauria is not yet generally available. Requesting early access is free and does not create a subscription or authorize any charge. When paid plans launch, pricing will be described at checkout, billing will be recurring, and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We will update these terms before any billing begins.
Service availability
We aim to keep Glauria's account, billing, and sync services available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
Intellectual property
Glauria and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content of your own messages and conversations.
Privacy and data
Our handling of your data, including the local-first architecture of the Glauria client, is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Glauria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, response rates, or that your LinkedIn account will remain unrestricted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Glauria against claims arising from your use of the product in violation of these terms, LinkedIn's terms, or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Glauria and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe expose Glauria or other users to risk.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
General provisions
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Glauria regarding the service.
