These terms govern your use of Glauria: the web dashboard at app.glauria.com and the client that runs on your computer. By creating an account or installing the client, you agree to the terms below.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Glauria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Service description
Glauria helps you detect buying signals on LinkedIn, qualify leads, draft messages in your voice, and follow up on replies. You set up campaigns in the web dashboard. The Glauria client runs on your own computer, uses your own LinkedIn session, and acts at a pace designed to resemble normal manual use.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it, including the LinkedIn account connected to it. The information you give when you request access must be accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Glauria in compliance with LinkedIn's own terms of service and applicable law, including data protection law that applies to the people you contact. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages sent through your account and for the LinkedIn account you connect to Glauria. Glauria reduces the risk of automated-looking behavior but does not guarantee that any specific account will stay unrestricted by LinkedIn.
Beta access
Glauria is in beta. Anyone can create an account, but using Glauria requires an access request that we accept. We review every request ourselves. We aim to answer within the hour but do not guarantee it, and we may decline a request at our discretion. The beta is free: it creates no subscription and authorizes no charge. During the beta, features may change, be removed, or contain errors, and we may end the beta, with notice by email where we can.
Future billing
If paid plans launch, we will update these terms and tell you by email before any billing begins. A paid plan starts only with your explicit agreement. Pricing will be shown at checkout, billing will be recurring, and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
During the beta, we do not guarantee that Glauria will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance, with notice where possible.
Intellectual property
Glauria and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content of your own messages and conversations.

How we handle your data, including what stays on your computer and what we store, is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Glauria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, response rates, or that your LinkedIn account will remain unrestricted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Glauria against claims arising from your use of the product in violation of these terms, LinkedIn's terms, or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Glauria and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, or withdraw its beta access, if it violates these terms or if we reasonably believe it exposes Glauria or other users to risk.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from them will first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation; contact us at hello@glauria.com. Failing agreement, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.
General provisions
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Glauria regarding the service.
